What setting up actually involves
No demo call, no onboarding fee and nobody coming to your shop. You do it yourself, in one sitting, and you can stop halfway and come back — nothing is lost.
How it works
Six steps, and you are taking bookings
Create your account
1 minBusiness name, an email and a password.
Put your menu in
10 minAdd every service with the real price and the real time. Per-nail pricing, quoted ranges, free add-ons that still eat chair time — all of it.
Say when you are open
2 minOpening hours a day at a time, per chair rather than per shop. Days off, and one-off blockouts for the afternoons you are not there.
Choose how you get paid
1 minA deposit that comes off the final bill — a percentage or a flat amount — or the whole price up front.
Put your link where your customers already are
5 minDrop it in your Instagram bio, TikTok, WhatsApp status, flyer — wherever. One link per channel, same calendar. The dashboard tells you which one is actually bringing people in.
The bookings arrive with the money already attached
then nothingThey land on your calendar, the deposit is already paid before anyone walks in, and you can see who is coming and what they booked.
About twenty minutes, once. Spend that time perfecting your service menu — every booking, deposit, and calendar slot depends on it.
And this is what your customer sees
What you set up is what your customer sees. You never design a page — it builds itself from your menu.

Try it
Your menu, worked out live.
A real Lagos nail menu, as your customer would see it. Chrome priced per nail, a refill quoted as a range, a complimentary polish that still takes twenty minutes of the chair. Change the basket and watch the price, the chair time and the deposit follow.
Try it — tap anything
10% of the price, minimum ₦1,500, capped at the total. On a range, the deposit is worked out on the lower figure. The rest is paid at the studio.

Before you start
Three things to have to hand
Your price list
In whatever form it already exists — a note on your phone, a printed flyer, the caption of an old post. You will be typing prices and durations, so having them in front of you is the difference between ten minutes and an hour.
The account the money should reach
The bank account your deposits get paid into. Customers payment when they book is passed on to you, so the details you enter here are the ones that decide where it lands.
Where you will share the link
Your Instagram or TikTok handle, or the WhatsApp you already answer. The last step is a paste into a bio, and it is the step that decides whether any of the rest earns anything.
Nothing to undo if you stop
Setup saves as you go, there is no card on file and no contract. Your link does not exist until you finish, so nobody can book you by accident halfway through.
Questions about setup
Can I do this on my phone?
Yes. The console is built phone-first — it is where most studios run it from day to day, and setup is no different.
Do I have to add every service before I go live?
No. One service is enough to finish setup and take a booking. Most studios add three or four, share the link, and fill the rest of the menu in over the first week.
What if I get the deposit rule wrong?
Change it whenever you like — it applies to bookings made after the change, and bookings already taken keep the terms they were made under.
Can somebody set it up for me?
Message us and we will do it with you on a call. It is not a product feature and we are not pretending it is a button.
